Jack’s case, like most, had its challenges. To start with, the Police Report placed him totally at fault. When we finally resolved his case we obtained a judgement of about FIVE TIMES what was offered at mediation.
In Jessica’s case, the insurance company disputed the Nature and Extent of her injuries. So, we had to utilize special Medical Proof to establish her Damages. In the end, the Insurance Company paid the Entire Policy Limit.
In Mr. and Mrs. P’s case, we were actually proceeding against their own insurance company in an Uninsured Motorist Action. Their Insurance Company refused to make an offer forcing them to Litigation in an Uninsured Motorist Arbitration proceeding. At the conclusion, their insurance company paid their Entire Policy Limit.

Although we attempted to be reasonable with the insurance company, they forced a Civil Complaint to be Filed and Served on their insured, after which a reasonable resolution was obtained.
